(VPN connection is required in order to access mapped network drives from off-campus) * Open windows explorer (windows key + E) * Select Tools -> Map Network Drive... * In Map Network Drive windows, select a drive letter to map. (Example: I: or P:) * Enter folder path. (Example: \\sharedvol.ad.umbc.edu\Dept\Grads, \\peopvol.ad.umbc.edu\people) * Click Finish * In login windows, enter ad\username in user text box and enter user's password in password text box. * Mapped network drive should appear in My Computer
