====== Academic Integrity Tutorial ====== There was a need to teach and verify incoming and existing students of the Universities Academic Integrity environment and rule sets. Betty Douglass worked on it for a few years and it was completed in early 2006. It is implemented on the University wide Blackboard system. It has a tutorial learning part, and a seperate testing part, that each user must complete. ===== Implementation ===== Content implementation was done by Barbara Lovettes (sp?) and Betty Douglass. Technical implementation of the project was done by Tom Armstrong, a graduate student assistant. Bob Armstrong, assisted in technical blackboard assistance, and still does til this day. ===== Administration ===== The Graduate School is assigned to maintain and administer this system. Different people throughout the Graduate School administrative task have different duties. ^ Duty ^ Name ^ | Technical administrator | IT Specialist | | Content Updater | Director of Admissions | | User administrator | Data Coordinator | | Blackboard administrator | IT Specialist, OIT | Also see the Graduate Schools Enrollment procedure VI.6 for details of assigned duties. ===== How to setup a user to edit in BlackBoard ===== - Get a user in the **Leader** role within the group to change your user role. - As a leader, goto control panel. - click **List/Modify User** or **Enroll User** under the User Management section - search for the user that you would like to give additional access to - modify that users role to be a ''Content Creator'' or ''Leader'' - Click properties next to the users name - Change the Role under Role and Availability - Click the Submit button ===== How to modify AI content ===== - Logged in as a ''Content Creator'' or ''Leader'', goto the content page - Click the **EDIT VIEW** text in the upper right of the content area - Find the content you want to edit - Click its accompanying **Modify** button
