“Public Law 93-380, Educational Amendments Act of 1974, grants students the right to view and inspect letters of recommendation in their placement files. By selecting Yes on any of the “Waive Access” drop downs you are releasing your right to view and inspect these letters. Once a program is chosen, the field Program Track shows to be chosen (but only for certain programs). Then, in addition, under that there is a field Certificates (optional) that shows to be chosen (also only for certain programs). It is our wish, to show only certain certificate choices under certain program-track selections.
    Some certificates tracks need deleted.
