  1. :-/ Under ‘Social Security Number’ add a ! exclamation comment saying: “Your SSN will be used for University financial reimbursements only, and will be kept confidential”
  2. :-) Under ‘Current Mailing Address > County (if in Maryland)’ change to include logic with the ‘State’ field.
    • If ‘State’ = Maryland, then ‘County’ field is to be a required field
  3. Under ‘Current Mailing Address’
    • ‘Daytime Telephone Number’ change it to read ‘Business Telephone Number’
    • ‘Evening Telephone Number’ change it to read ‘Home Telephone Number’

    • Under ‘Select your intended area of study’, if any of the below condition are met, logic needs to be included to waive the application fee for the applicant
      • Domestic students only ( so logically, a combination of domestic + each of the below, is a different instance where a fee is waived, so 4 instances )

  1. On the third page, change the information text
    • Change existing text
      • “After you have saved, paid, and submitted the application, you will be able to login with your username and password to see the status of online references, send the recommender’s reminders to submit their reference, and also completely change a recommender’s email address if it is incorrect or you want to switch recommenders.”

  2. Error in logic: Once track code is set by Biotechnology (PRST program, BT track), and you select another major, the track (BT) is still there. Also, the same with the certificate field. Track and certificate should only be specified for degree programs if they have a track, like biotechnology. There are a handful of programs with subtracks to define their program. PRST BT is a different program from PRST IO, etc. Just because they have the same PRST program, they act as separate programs.
