All forms must be completed as stated in the following instructions:
Forms in PDF format may be completed online and printed for signatures, or printed and completed offline. If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat you can also save the forms to a file. If the form you are using has the capability to be filled out online, note that you will lose your work when you close the file, so please print first. Adobe Acrobat Reader allows all uses of these forms other than saving to a file. Note that the PDF versions of some application forms are not yet available in the format that allows you to type in the information in the document.
