Instructions Forms in MS Word format must be completed in the opened document and printed for signatures. They may also be saved to a file for your records. The tab key can be used to move from one box to another on the forms.
Forms in PDF format must be completed in the opened document and printed for signatures. If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat you can also save the forms to a file. Adobe Acrobat Reader allows all uses of these forms other than saving to a file. Note that the PDF versions of some application forms are not yet available in the format that allows you to type in the information in the document.
