    An independent Federal Agency, the ACHP provides a forum for influencing Federal policy, programs, and activities as they affect historic and archaeological resources in communities and on public lands nationwide. Interns assist in advocacy issues, education and project development.

    Interns at this non-profit, national grassroots lobbying organization are responsible for researching legislative issues, performing public relations duties, and assisting in the planning of the annual auction. Due to a small staff, PA interns are guaranteed a hand in all functions of the organization.

 

National Park Service and General Services Administration Internships

The National Park Service offers a variety of internships in historic preservation at historic sites. Interns assist with archeological work, educational outreach, research, and a variety of other programs.
