Clayton D. Laurie, Adjunct Associate Professor (Ph.D. The American University).
Dr. Laurie teaches military and intelligence history, and Western Civilization to and since 1700. He is currently a historian with the CIA History Staff, Center for the Study of Intelligence, and has served as a staff historian at the U.S. Army Center of Military History, as deputy and chief historian of the National Reconnaissance Office, and as a member of the history staff of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Among his major publications are The Propaganda Warriors: The American Crusade Against Nazi Germany, The Role of Federal Military Forces in Domestic Disorders, 1877-1945, and Industrialists in Olive Drab: The Emergency Operation of Private Industrial Facilities by the War Department During World War II, in addition to articles on nineteenth and twentieth century military and intelligence history.
