Howard Smead,
Adjunct Associate Professor (Ph.D. University of Maryland, College Park)
Dr. Smead is the author of several books on the black civil rights movement in
the United States., including Blood Justice: The Lynching of Mack Charles
Parker. He teaches courses in twentieth-century American social
history and the civil rights movement.
