• Department of History Declaration of Faculty Advisor Form (should be completed by the time the student has completed 15 hours of graduate credits)

• Internship Contract (must be completed for HIST 790 credit)

• Guidelines for Final Preparation of Masters' Theses (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access this form)

• Master's Degree Requirements and Deadlines for the Graduate School

• Master'sThesis Prospectus Approval Form

Other required forms including the graduate school application, requests for transfer credit, graduation, and leaves of absence are available on the UMBC Graduate School Website and linked below. It is very important that students complete and submit all required forms by the designated due dates established by the Department of History and the Graduate School.
