Rochelle is responsible for overseeing Classification/Compensation, Benefits, HRIS and PeopleSoft functions of the HR Department to include: wage studies, requests to establish or modify positions, health, retirement and other supplemental benefits, as well as activities related to the management of biographic and demographic data for employees.
