RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management Information Systems and Services, this position serves as the primary contact for all student enrollment reporting and data requests. Specific duties include: providing university constituents with access to student data and developing reporting solutions for users to utilize this data; interacting with faculty and staff to ensure data accuracy and facilitating university decision making; developing, maintaining and automating scheduled reports that support student data requests by university faculty and staff; working closely with the Department of Information Technology and Institutional Research, Analysis & Decision Support to implement reporting in an efficient and timely manner; working in conjunction with other staff members to complete a comprehensive data dictionary using available software/tools; collaborating with management staff and other constituents to identify and address analytic and reporting needs to support data-driven decision making; and performing other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in information technology or a related field and one year experience developing reporting. Prior experience in an educational environment strongly preferred. Must have experience utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports or a similar software product. Experience using HTML, CSS, PHP or ColdFusion preferred. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with others, as well as manage projects.
SALARY:Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
