|PERSONNEL STATUS:||Exempt, Full-time, Regular|
|RESPONSIBILITIES:||The incumbent will assist the Director in the day-to-day operations of the Women’s Center. Duties include: budget management; scheduling; time entry; assisting visitors seeking services including possible crisis response; training and supervision of student staff; implementing and providing leadership for Women’s Center programs and services; building collaborative relationships for the Women’s Center with other campus units and student groups; and performing other duties as assigned.|
|MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:||Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Women’s/Gender Studies, Social Work, Community Psychology or related field. At least one year experience involving women and gender issues and social justice preferred. Prior administrative experience and experience working in a university/college women’s center strongly desired. Experience with interpersonal violence and program assessment a plus.

|SALARY:||Starting salary range in the low to mid thirties, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
