|RESPONSIBILITIES:||The incumbent will set up structures and secure resources to manage all IT functions within The Choice Program. Specific duties include: communicating effectively with senior management and staff to facilitate their understanding of technology; providing guidance to the database administrator and internal and external vendors; maintaining the IT budget; providing leadership within the internal Quality Assurance Team that monitors programmatic/operational processes and outcomes within the organization; managing and producing reports from the case management database; ensuring that network, connectivity and desktop systems are operational and that users (40+) have appropriate technology tools and levels of support; and performing other duties as assigned.|
|MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:||Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and requires the use of an automobile and valid driver's license for travel to satellite offices.
Note: This is a grant-funded position wherein employment is contingent upon renewal of the grant.
Note: Due to the nature of the work flow and level of responsibility, this individual maintains a flexible schedule which goes beyond a 40 hour work week. Evening and weekend work involved.
