| RESPONSIBILITIES: | Under direct supervision, the incumbent assists building construction and maintenance personnel. The incumbent will be assigned to the lighting replacement area. Specific duties include: identifying lighting needing replacement; installing new light bulbs; assuring proper disposal of old bulbs; fulfilling work orders for lighting; and performing other duties as assigned. Positions will work 32 hours per week. Tentative schedule is Monday - Thursday. There are 2 positions available. |
| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: | Education/Experience: Requires a High School Diploma/GED and one year of maintenance or related work experience. Must possess a valid Non-commercial Class C or equivalent Driver’s License. |
| SALARY: | Pay Range 3 (starting at $17,108 prorated for a 32 hour work week) based on a University of Maryland System Pay Program |
