RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting to the Business Services Manager of the Engineering Building Business Services Center, the incumbent will be responsible for providing business services support to Chemical, Biochemical and Environmental Engineering (CBEE), Mechanical Engineering, and the Division of Information Technology (DoIT). Specific duties include: financial reporting; account monitoring, reconciliations and corrections; procurement and bill payment support (requisitions, receipts, invoices, Pcard); grants and contracts post-awards; payroll support; back up support to the Business Services Manager; assisting the Business Services Manager and Director of Administration in the preparation of the annual budget, financial projections; and performing other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Requires a Bachelorís Degree in Business Administration or related area. Must be proficient with computers including the use of the Internet, E-mail, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic spreadsheets. Experience with general operating budgets, budget monitoring, post-award grants and contracts support strongly desired. Financial reporting and projections, procurement, and payroll and account reconciliations experience is highly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must. Human resources and grants management experience is a plus.
SALARY:Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
