|RESPONSIBILITIES:||The incumbent will provide senior technical development, systems analysis and production support for the Blackboard Analytics and Perceptive Software’s ImageNow and eForms products. Specific duties include: developing and maintaining existing applications; working with functional teams to determine requirements; providing time and cost estimates for development; troubleshooting and investigating production issues found in applications; managing efforts of application of product upgrades and other projects; performing code reviews with team members; assisting to refine existing quality procedures; providing mentorship to other analytic and imaging developers; and performing other duties as assigned.|
|MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:||Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience developing applications within Blackboard Analytics and Perceptive Software ImageNow environments. Must be able to translate requirements into technical designs. Strong organizational, technical and interpersonal skills required. Must have experience with Microsoft Analysis Services, Microsoft, Reporting Services, Advanced Microsoft SQL Server, Advanced T-SQL programming, iScript, ImageNow workflow & eForms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience with Web development tools preferred. Additional training in programming, database management systems, and data communications a plus.
Note: An Associate of Arts degree and seven years experience developing applications within BlackBoard Analytics and Perceptive Software ImageNow environments may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree and three years experience.
