RESPONSIBILITIES:The incumbent will serve as the Academic Program Evaluator and assist in all aspects of transfer credit evaluation. Specific duties include: data entry of transcript coursework; completing transfer credit evaluations and other assessments of studentsí course work towards degree completion; evaluating international transfer credit, including reviewing course work for incoming international students as well as study abroad participants; using PeopleSoft Student Administration functionality to enhance the transfer credit process; serving as liaison to the campus community for Undergraduate Progress; and performing other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelorís degree and experience in higher education. Experience in student services, knowledge of PeopleSoft Student Administration, and use of ARTSYS preferred. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and have attention to detail. Knowledge of Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) transfer credit policies preferred.
