RESPONSIBILITIES:The incumbent will be responsible for writing, updating and maintaining web copy on divisional websites and mobile sites in collaboration with the Marketing department and internal clients. Specific duties include: orchestrating web changes and edits within the department to include site redesigns, template changes, and any additions to current sites; working very closely with DPS IT/Marketing colleagues on developing new websites; conducting routine web analysis; reporting on performance results; providing insights/best practices on web architecture and design; writing copy for websites/mobile sites, email communications, professional programsí blog sites; developing and executing social media campaigns; writing advertising copy for online mediums; developing procedures for division-wide web maintenance; optimizing web content (SEO); and performing other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Experience: Requires Bachelorís degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, English or a related field and at least two years of related experience. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Java, HTML, web analytical tools, social media (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+), WordPress. SEO knowledge preferred.
SALARY:Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
