RESPONSIBILITIES:Incumbent will be responsible for performing functional tasks related to PeopleSoft Student Financials and Finance, Higher One and CashNet production systems. Specific duties include: processing files; reviewing nightly scheduled jobs; providing technical tools (reports and/or queries) to assist Student Business Services in the reconciliation of data to accounts; providing training and documentation as required; maintaining proper setup of system processes; participating in testing and implementing system upgrades; identifying opportunities for process improvements; serving as liaison between functional and technical resources to resolve PeopleSoft production issues; assisting with conversion to e-Forms (HTML and JavaScript); and performing other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelorís degree in business, information systems or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience using a major ERP administrative system or various mainframe and client/server platforms. Must have strong communication and team skills for business environment. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required. Experience with researching/reconciling financial system processes and developing technology user documentation is desired. Experience in a college level student business services office and PeopleSoft Student Financial module experience is preferred. Additional experience with other PeopleSoft modules, PeopleSoft Query and MS Access a plus. Note: A background check will be required for this position.
SALARY:Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
