RESPONSIBILITIES:Working closely with the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the incumbent will be responsible for providing timely data in an effort to contribute to the development of strategic planning for identifying, tracking, and managing prospects, recruits, and applicants. Specific duties include: working with the Associate Director to assist with Image Now and third party vendors to provide updates and recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency in processing, application review, decision entry, data integrity, external communication, and records maintenance; creating queries to check the validity of decisions, as well as other audit items, made by admissions staff during the evaluation of applications; maintaining audit controls of decision entry and residency; assisting with the letter generation process of admissions decisions for all communications from the office; assisting with the implementation of new methods to communicate to students electronically; and performing other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems or a related field and at least one year of experience in a role in which some or all of the following were key duties: data analysis; reporting and responding to user inquirers related to access and functionality. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in process documentation, end user training, and PeopleSoft Student Administration preferred. Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at once and working autonomously are required.
SALARY:Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
