RESPONSIBILITIES:Working closely with the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the incumbent will oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of the processing area in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation. Specific duties include: overseeing the letter generation process of admissions decisions for all communications from the office as well as for archival purposes; supervising four staff and allocating daily assignments; troubleshooting and processing concerns and/or errors; making appropriate recommendations to the Associate Director to ensure that applications are received and processed in the most efficient manner; maintaining audit controls of decision entry, residency, and processing for quality assurance as well as compliance with state guidelines; and performing other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of related experience preferably working in a University Admissions Office, university setting, or administrative office. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at once and working autonomously are required.
SALARY:Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
