Valerie is responsible for the overall administration of the Human Resources Department to include: recruitment and selection, training and development, benefits, payroll, classification/compensation, HRIS and general policy administration.

Rochelle is responsible for overseeing Classification/Compensation, Benefits, HRIS and PeopleSoft functions of the HR Department to include: wage studies, requests to establish or modify positions, health, retirement and other supplemental benefits, as well as activities related to the management of biographic and demographic data for employees.

tuition remission and tuition reimbursement requests, and handling all
retirement and pension-related work, including retiree health benefits,
retirement applications, and supplemental retirement accounts.
Troyer, HR Specialist
responsible for Position Management updates in PeopleSoft, as well as
for handling all health benefits issues for active employees, including
processing health benefits forms and resolving problems with health
benefits. She also conducts new employee orientation.
Pat Jarkowski, Classification/Compensation Manager
Kim is responsible
for recruitment and selection for exempt and non-exempt staff as well as faculty
recruitment. She coordinates the Employee of the Quarter Program. In addition, Kim is responsible for development and maintenance
of the Human Resources website.

Tarsha Randolph, Payroll Processing Associate
Tarsha is responsible for PeopleSoft payroll processing including Payroll Adjustment and Time Entry Correction forms, earnings related Time Entry, gross pay and making time Entry available to the campus.
Jessica Hutchins, Payroll Processing Associate
Jessica is responsible for verification of New Hire PAR and Change PAR forms and supporting documents for all departments (Faculty and Staff positions).
Shelia Pitts, Payroll Processing Associate
Sheila is responsible for verification of New Hire PAR and Change PAR forms and supporting documents for all departments Contingent as well as written employment verifications, overpayment, stop payments pre-hires and dual employment.
Payroll Processing Associate
Greta is responsible for verification of New Hire PAR and Change PAR forms and supporting documents for all departments (Graduate Assistants and Students), as well as reviewing and verifying NRA (Non Resident Aliens) information for tax purposes.
McNamara, HRIS Manager
currently assigned to the Delta Initiative Project for the implementation
of the PeopleSoft HRMS modules. Sherrell is the designated HRIS Functional
Subject Matter Expert for the Time & Labor and other reporting modules
in the HRMS system. In addition, she processes all HR security requests.
