Sanders, Director Rochelle is responsible for overseeing Classification/Compensation, Benefits, HRIS and PeopleSoft functions of the HR Department to include: wage studies, requests to establish or modify positions, health, retirement and other supplemental benefits, as well as activities related to the management of biographic and demographic data for employees.
Courtney
Allen, Benefits Assistant Courtney is
responsible for conducting new employee orientation, reviewing and processing
tuition remission and tuition reimbursement requests, and handling all
retirement and pension-related work, including retiree health benefits,
retirement applications, and supplemental retirement accounts. Bobbie
Troyer, HR Specialist Bobbie is
responsible for Position Management updates in PeopleSoft, as well as
for handling all health benefits issues for active employees, including
processing health benefits forms and resolving problems with health
benefits. She also conducts new employee orientation. Kim Harris,
Employment Manager Kim is responsible for recruitment and selection for exempt and non-exempt as well as faculty recruitment. In addition, Kim is responsible for development and maintenance of the Human Resources website. Shobhna Arora,

Classification/Compensation Specialist Jill Weinknecht Wardell, Training and Development Specialist Jill is responsible for training and professional development opportunities that enhance skills and the efficient achievement of goals.
Tarsha Randolph, HR Specialist Tarsha is responsible for PeopleSoft payroll processing including Payroll Adjustment forms, Time Entry Correction forms, earnings related Time Entry, and gross pay. Jessica Hutchins, HR Associate Jessica is responsible for verification of New Hire PAR and Change PAR forms and supporting documents for all departments(Faculty and Staff positions), as well as written employment verifications, and stop payments.
Greta is responsible for verification of New Hire PAR and Change PAR forms and supporting documents for all departments (Graduate Assistants and Students), as well as reviewing and verifying NRA (Non Resident Aliens) information for tax purposes. Sherrell
McNamara, HRIS Manager Sherrell is currently assigned to the Delta Initiative Project for the implementation of the PeopleSoft HRMS modules. Sherrell is the designated HRIS Functional Subject Matter Expert for the Time & Labor and other reporting modules in the HRMS system. In addition, she processes all HR security requests. Denise Curry, HR Specialist Michele Kimery, Executive Administrative Assistant Michele is responsible for administrative support to the Associate Vice President and the department as well as assisting employees and the public with inquiries. Sara Shannon, HR Associate Sara provides front-line assistance with general information requests as well as providing clerical support to the department.
