Sanders, Assistant Director Rochelle is currently assigned to the Delta Initiative Project for the implementation of PeopleSoft Human Resources Management System (HRMS) modules. She is the designated HR Lead for the project and will oversee the implementation of the HRMS modules of Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor and Position Management. Any HR Benefit inquiries should be directed to Courtney Allen.
Courtney
Allen, Benefits Assistant Courtney is
responsible for conducting new employee orientation, reviewing and processing
tuition remission and tuition reimbursement requests, and handling all
retirement and pension-related work, including retiree health benefits,
retirement applications, and supplemental retirement accounts. Bobbie Jo
Peach, HR Specialist Bobbie Jo is
responsible for Position Management updates in PeopleSoft, as well as
for handling all health benefits issues for active employees, including
processing health benefits forms and resolving problems with health
benefits. She also conducts new employee orientation. Kim Harris,
Employment Manager Kim is responsible for recruitment and selection for exempt and non-exempt as well as faculty recruitment. In addition, Kim is responsible for development and maintenance of the Human Resources website. Shobhna Arora,

Payroll Manager Darlene is responsible for overseeing the payroll area. Melissa Jackson,
HR Associate Melissa is responsible for verification of New Hire PAR and Change PAR forms and supporting documents for all departments (Faculty and Staff positions), as well as written employment verifications, and stop payments. Shannon Mize, HR Specialist Greta is responsible for verification of New Hire PAR and Change PAR forms and supporting documents for all departments (Graduate Assistants and Students), as well as reviewing and verifying NRA (Non Resident Aliens) information for tax purposes. Sherrell
McNamara, HRIS Manager Sherrell is currently assigned to the Delta Initiative Project for the implementation of the PeopleSoft HRMS modules. Sherrell is the designated HRIS Functional Subject Matter Expert for the Time & Labor and other reporting modules in the HRMS system. In addition, she processes all HR security requests. Denise Rollins, HR Specialist Michele Kimery, Executive Administrative Assistant The position is responsible for administrative support to the Assistant Vice President and the department as well as assisting employees and the public with inquiries.
