Employee Assistance Program (EAP)The program is designed to provide confidential and professional assessment and referral services to employees who may be experiencing problems which may/may not be affecting their work. The program assists in the early identification, evaluation and referral for treatment and/or counseling for family, marital, legal, mental health or substance abuse problems. Referrals are made on a supervisory basis and in conjunction with medical plan. The employee may contact EAP directly if desired.
