P-Card Training for Cardholders and Supervisors – Register at: www.umbc.edu/training. This is required training prior to receiving a P-Card.
P-Card Reallocation Training – Register at: www.umbc.edu/training. This on-line training is for the Cardholder, Business Manager, or Shared Services Personnel and deals with approving and allocating P-Card transactions. (Introduction to PeopleSoft/PeopleSoft Fundamentals is a pre-requisite for this training.)

Planning for Performance Management: A Guide for Supervisors

This introductory class is offered on a monthly basis and is the prerequisite to all other PeopleSoft Classes.

For new & existing employees, this session covers information such as separation of duties and ways to prepare for departmental audits. Offered each semester.
Understanding Performance Management: Guide for Non-Supervisory staff
All non-supervisory employees are encouraged to attend this session. Employees will learn about UMBC’s performance management process, as well as ways to participate in PMP conversations.
