Meaghan Casey , Study Abroad Graduate Assistant
|
| Meaghan joined the study abroad team in August 2006. She spent a
semester in Tours, France while working on her B.A.at
Bucknell University. After graduation, she returned to France as an
elementary school language assistant in the small town of Thouars, France.
Meaghan is now working towards her master’s degree in UMBC's
intercultural communications program. This past year, she traveled to Nicaragua on a service trip, which has piqued her interest to start
studying Spanish. She enjoys coffee and has tried brews in fourteen
different countries (though she still prefers Dunkin Donuts). |
