An important step to determine the feasibility of the number of courses you've chosen given your anticipated graduation date. Be sure to include any required general education courses, and to check whether courses are offered in the fall or spring.
|Capstone Proposal Form|

To be completed during the INDS 480 Capstone Seminar course.
Independent Study (INDS 400)
Form must be completed by the student and a faculty mentor before the INDS advisor can provide registration clearance.
Internship form (INDS 410)
Form must be completed by the student and the internship supervisor before the INDS advisor can provide registration clearance.

Student must get approval for a course substitution from faculty, the INDS advisor, and the INDS Director BEFORE registering for the new course(s).
