Valid XML and CSSInteractive has gone through a minor upgrade. Structurally, things have not changed too much, though the site is now a lot leaner and is also valid XHTML. Whoopee!

Also, during the next couple of days I'll be trying to get some content into the various sections of the site. The Director files that were available before are still available, just not linked. You can browse those files here. As you can see, however, I'll be bringing back the Flash portion of the site as well as introducing a section dedicated to the web which will cover HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Those were actually planned when the site initially launched but were eventually removed to maintain focus on Flash and Director.

Thank you Chris Nazelrod for a great 3-hour long introduction to Flash and Flash best practices -- a workshop presented by ArtCOM that took place in the Fine Arts labs here at UMBC earlier tonight.

The source files for the class are now being hosted here on UMBC Interactive. You may view and download them below:

*Note: source files are in Flash MX 2004 format. If you need to open them in Flash MX and cannot, let me know.
