Ms. Petska is the Director of Workplace Learning at Danya International, Inc. She

serves as Danya’s internal consultant for a variety of classroom and online training initiatives. She has provided instructional design expertise to many Government-sponsored training initiatives, including a multi-stage pilot training on strategic planning to  eliminate health disparities. Ms. Petska has an extensive background in instructional systems development, adult learning theory, training evaluation design, data collection and analysis; project planning, execution, and management; strategic and tactical analysis; and process improvement. She currently teaches EDUC 603 Instructional Systems Development II and EDUC 689C Project Management for Training Professionals.
