Instructional Systems Design Intern

inSITE Position Summary

 
inSITE Training & Development Inc., is current seeking a paid Instructional Systems Design Intern for the Spring 2015 semester;  however, interns could potentially start sooner.
 
The intern will be involved in conducting needs analyses, writing objectives and lesson plans, and developing training aids which could include PowerPoints, prezis, videos, games, etc. for both classroom-based and web-based courses.
 
Specific Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

-       Conducting needs analysis
-       Writing objectives and lesson plans
-       Developing training aids
-       Analyzing documents
-       Developing knowledge checks
-       Writing case studies and other learning activities
-       Interviewing SMEs
-       Classroom co-facilitation
-       Developing training manuals
 
 
Qualifications:

ISD majors that have good writing and presentation skills and have the fundamental skills of ISDHours are estimated at 150 hours per internship.
 
We take the “learning” aspect of the internship very seriously. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn and apply the instructional design, human performance, facilitation, and organizational development pedagogies

This position has the potential of developing into a regular or consulting position.   Most of our interns are hired by other companies following their internship or are promoted into consultant or full time positions with inSITE
