E-LEARNING INTERN

Description:

E-learning intern will assist Training & Development team with organization and expansion of Trilogy Training System content, including but not limited to: interactive training modules, job aids and downloadable course content. E-learning intern will also support the Training & Development team with additional training content development as needed.

Responsibilities:

Deconstruct course content, create storyboards for e-learning and map course content to modules
Review and edit Powerpoint content for use in e-learning modules
Review, catalog and troubleshoot existing course content
Create, organize and manage assets related to online courses

Project Goals:

Assist in the development of e-learning modules to round out TSFL’s course catalog for new and established Health Coaches and Business Coaches. Support the Training & Development team with tasks related to large project deliverables, such as presentation content for National Convention.

Requirements:

Experience and aptitude in communications, educational technology or a related concentration
Must have intermediate command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Powerpoint
Should have proven organizational skills and the ability to respond efficiently to rapidly changing priorities
Understanding of online instruction highly desirable (i.e. having taken an online course)
