CohnReznick’s Learning and Development Team works to support learning initiatives throughout the firm. The team provides learning programs intended to support firm strategy and give our people opportunities for professional growth. We accomplish this by continually assessing needs; developing, implementing and evaluating key programs, and helping ensure CPE compliance.
Learning and Development Intern

The Learning and Development Intern will help to support the design of new training programs and enhancement of existing programs focusing on professional/soft skills development. The Intern will work directly with the team’s Learning Specialist to accomplish these tasks.
The Intern will apply adult learning principles to help design the professional skills curriculum. Specific responsibilities include the following:
 Review program evaluation results to identify areas of opportunity and integrate new approaches into existing programs.
 Work with information obtained from Subject Matter Experts to assist with the development of programs/program components.
 Assist in the design and development of portions of training courses, as well as edit and modify existing content and develop learning content for specific projects including: the development of training materials (leader's guides, participant workbooks, visual aids, interactive pre/post work assignments, etc).
 Working towards a master’s degree in instructional development or a related field
 Solid understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles and best practices
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
 Ability to generate improvement ideas
 Ability to work remotely as well as from either the Bethesda, MD or Roseland, NJ office
 Can access and utilize personal IT equipment if working remotely
