• Experience
• Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and courseware development
• Online courseware or experience with multi-media based training
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, Learning Content Management Systems, industry standards (SCORM), and accessibility compliance standards, including 508
• Technology Skills
• Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in multimedia programs, tools, and eLearning courseware
• HTML, JavaScript, Flash, DreamWeaver, RoboHelp, etc..
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash for Web-based learning
• Experience with developing SCORM conformant learning objects that meet Section 508 compliance
