- Education
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in instructional design, education or a related instructional field
- Understanding of adult learning theory
- Experience
- Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and courseware development
- Consulting with leadership to drive organizational performance through the development of innovative, well-designed training and performance improvement programs.
- Analyzing complex subject matter and performance improvement challenges to determine the most effective solutions to those challenges.
- Designing and developing e-learning, instructor led and non-training interventions.
- Developing evaluations and assessments to determine the selected solutions’ business impact.
- Planning and managing project timelines.
- Developing and managing relationships with client sponsors and subject matter experts.
- Researching and evaluating vendor created products.

- Microsoft Office
- Understanding of multimedia programs, tools, and eLearning courseware
- HTML, JavaScript, Flash, DreamWeaver, RoboHelp, Lectora, etc..
- Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash for Web-based learning
