Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree  in instructional  design, education or a related instructional field
    • Understanding of adult learning theory
  • Experience
    • Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and courseware development
    • Consulting with leadership to drive organizational performance through the development of innovative, well-designed training and performance improvement programs.
    • Analyzing complex subject matter and performance improvement challenges to determine the most effective solutions to those challenges.
    • Designing and developing e-learning, instructor led and non-training interventions.
    • Developing evaluations and assessments to determine the selected solutions’ business impact.
    • Planning and managing project timelines.
    • Developing and managing relationships with client sponsors and subject matter experts.
    • Researching and evaluating vendor created products.
  • Technology Skills
    • Microsoft Office
    • Understanding of multimedia programs, tools, and eLearning courseware
      • HTML, JavaScript, Flash, DreamWeaver, RoboHelp, Lectora, etc..
      • Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash for Web-based learning
