Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Instructional Systems Development, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, or related area.
- Experience
- Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and courseware development
- Online courseware and multi-media based training
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, Learning Content Management Systems, industry standards (SCORM), and accessibility compliance standards, including 508
- proficient in the terms and concepts associated with SCORM
- Technology Skills
- Microsoft Office
- Understanding of multimedia programs, tools, and eLearning courseware
- HTML, JavaScript, Flash, DreamWeaver, RoboHelp, etc..
- Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash for Web-based learning
- Experience with developing SCORM conformant learning objects that meet Section 508 compliance
