The UMBC Kauffman Entrepreneur Internship Program is designed to provide graduates and undergraduates with a first-hand learning experience in entrepreneurship through a semester-long internship. During 15 weeks this fall, students intern approximately 13 hours per week for a total of 195 hours in start-up or emerging organizations. Students are exposed to the process of building a business from the ground floor, as well as the challenges and rewards associated with entrepreneurship.
