Andrea Spratt, Assistant Director
Andrea
Spratt has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mathematics
and Education from Salisbury State University and a Master’s
Degree in Education with an emphasis on the adult learner in Mathematics
and the Sciences from Loyola College in Maryland. She has taught
math for Baltimore County Adult Education and the Community College
of Baltimore County – Catonsville Campus. Mrs. Spratt now coordinates
the Math Lab, and tutoring in mathematics, statistics, engineering,
computer science, biology, chemistry, and physics for LRC. She also
coordinates the Freshmen Year Intervention Program (FYI); Summer
Online Algebra Review for new freshmen as well as LRC099 – Elementary
Algebra, Math Placement Testing, and departmental Information/Instructional
Technology Initiatives.
Mrs. Spratt received the 2003 University System of Maryland Board
of Regents Staff Award for Outstanding Service to Students.
