You must still reconcile charges to departmental
accounts. There are three (3) P-card reports available in PeopleSoft which should
be used to reconcile your charges. You can choose any one of the reports for
reconciliation purposes and maintain it with you purchasing card log. You do
not need all three reports. The PS allocation queries are no longer considered
the required P-card reports. If you have any questions on the reports, please
