Fellowships and Grant Awards

The Meyerhoff Graduate Fellows receive stipends - currently $22,000 per year - during their first two years of graduate study. In subsequent years, students are generally supported by grants of their PhD advisors. However, during their second year of graduate study, all Meyerhoff Graduate Fellows submit proposals for individual predoctoral fellowships, and several students have received these competitive awards. Most fellowships have been awarded by the NIH- see www.nih.gov. The following is a list of the IMSD Meyerhoff Graduate Fellows who have received independent research grants and fellowship awards.
