What is your favorite memory of the Meyerhoff program?
Actually, right now might be my favorite memory because the work I am doing to help get the alumni chapter established all these years after graduation just proves to me that "once an M, always an M."
How did the Meyerhoff program prepare you for your career?
Being a Meyerhoff helped me to recognize how many people you don't even know are pulling for you to succeed.
What advice do you have for new Meyerhoffs?
Get to know your cohort and, as much as possible, everyone else in the program. If you stay in the sciences, they will be your professional network. And aside from that, Meyerhoff is a family.
What advice do you have for new graduates?
Don't wait until you have your next degree, first job, tenure, or whatever before you start helping others. You have more connections than you realize and you can tap some of them to help someone else.
Hobbies/Interests?
Computer programming (yes, it's a hobby), Christian missions, web development, and my family.
