MIPAR’s mission is to bring the analytic capability of University scholars to bear upon the pressing policy concerns facing decision makers in the public sector.  more

MIPAR conducts policy studies, program evaluations, and surveys on a wide range of topics including public management, health policy, urban planning, and electronic government.  more
