Dear Music Students,

Welcome to the New UMBC Music Student Handbook! The department staff worked hard over the summer to put this information together to ensure the smooth running of the department. The Student Handbook offers information about performance opportunities, use of the recital hall and recording studios, and a calendar of important dates as well as a faculty directory. It is my hope that you will find this handbook useful, and that because of it we can all spend more time on music and less time on logistics!
