UNDERGRADUATE CEREMONY:
An honorary Doctor of Public Service degree will be awarded to Marian
Wright Edelman, founder and president of the Children's Defense Fund, who
will deliver the Commencement address.Honorary Doctor of Public Service
degrees will be awarded to Senator Barbara Hoffman and Delegate Howard
Rawlings.

GRADUATE CEREMONY:
Dr. Robert E. Kahn, president of the Corporation for National Research
Initiatives, will be the Commencement speaker and will receive an honorary
Doctor of Science degree.
