Thomas Wrublewski, geography and environmental systems, is a senior physical scientist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and is responsible for the acquisition of three new geostationary operational environmental satellites for NOAA. He resides in Dunkirk, Md. with his wife, Kathleen, and children, Jennifer, Diane and Jonathan.

Gary Brooks, history, has been named chief executive officer and president of the Baltimore Community Development Financing Corporation. He resides in Baltimore with his wife, Karen.

Stephen Rice, economics, created a 2,500-piece diorama-painted miniatures depicting Pickett's Charge, the Civil War battle that occurred in Gettysburg, Pa. on July 3, 1863 - now on display at the Gettysburg Visitor Center until the end of December 2003. He and his wife, Lynne, reside in Ellicott City, Md.
