Thomas Wrublewski, geography and environmental systems, is a senior physical scientist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and is responsible for the acquisition of three new geostationary

Stephen Rice, economics, created a 2,500-piece diorama-painted miniatures depicting Pickett's Charge, the Civil War battle that occurred in Gettysburg, Pa. on July 3, 1863 - now on display at the Gettysburg Visitor Center until the end of December 2003. He and his wife, Lynne, reside in Ellicott City, Md.
