To request a Videoconference Room at UMBC or at the Columbus Center please use the IVN Request Form.

If you need equipment for use beyond posted hours, please make arrangements to sign out and return gear to ACIV 204. Multimedia carts (projector, PC, DVD, VCR and audio) and DVD/VCR TV carts are available for delivery. We also have portable data projectors, laptop PCs and mp3 recorders for office pick up. The faculty or staff member checking out equipment will be responsible for the secure storage of the item(s) until they are returned to AV Services.

AV staff members are available to provide on-site tutorials on the use of installed presentation equipment in the lecture halls and classrooms. We also offer in-office assistance with portable equipment, classroom technologies, and Clickers. Please use the Request Service Form to schedule an appointment.
