Tips & Troubleshooting

Make sure your mic is on

-can test it with Audacity, media player in your computer

-look at audio controls to make sure mic is not muted

-hear one another through the headsets when you have the mic/raised hand control – please note there is a delay ( this is more noticeable when working next to one another).

Can text one another from the opening window, under the directions

Test recording with a quick hello (not too quick or it may not pick up your voice) from both of you, play it back under archives.

When you click on the hand to get the mic, give it a second or two before speaking.  Remember you click on the hand to get the mic, then the X when finished your sentence.  Then your partner clicks on the hand and then the X and keep rotating.
