Primary Account Name

The Primary Account Name is the MyUMBC ID that is flagged with the umbcPrimaryAccount attribute. If the user has multiple accounts, this the only account that can truly "act as them" for most MyUMBC person-centric applications, such as the portal, WebAdmin or Sympa.
