3. Student Help for Faculty Using Blackboard

In addition to full-time staff support from the Office of Information Technology, many faculty have found that interested students are helpful in using the tool better. That's why we've hired Debbie Sacino, a junior bachelor's/master's student in Information Systems. If you'd like a student perspective on your course, or help figuring out how to solve a problem, contact Debbie at debs2tiny@home.com. Also, if you'd like training for your department's student assistants, contact Barb Schulz at bschulz@umbc.edu or 410.455.3885.
