Change Your Blackboard Email Address

  1. Click here to LOGIN TO BLACKBOARD with your UMBC username & password.

  2. Once inside your myBlackboard WELCOME SCREEN, find TOOLS. Click PERSONAL INFORMATION.

  3. Click EDIT PERSONAL INFORMATION.

  4. In the E-MAIL FIELD, type the address you want.
    You may use any working email address (AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.)

  5. Scroll to bottom and click SUBMIT. Email from Blackboard instructors & students
    will now go to your preferred email address.
