Blackboard Surveys can be created and administered to your students and organization participants. Results from surveys are anonymous, though Blackboard does note whether or not a student has completed a survey.

NOTE: The process to create a test rather than a survey is identical, except that you enter the Survey Manager rather than the Test Manager.
